Jump rope for FUN!


Jump rope is not only for kids, many athletes use it for training.

It is a perfect workout that burns a lot of calories (around 10-12 calories per minute at moderate speed). It also strengthens your heart along with upper-and lower-body muscles. Besides, jumping rope is one of the best exercises for bones where studies have shown it improves bone mineral density!
