Ramadan Kareem :)

Many Muslims break their fast with dates and water. This is not only due to tradition but studies have shown that dates supply you with loads of energy and fibers as well as nutrients such as calcium, iron, phosphorus, manganese, copper and magnesium. Dates are also rich in fibers which help with digestion problems. & aids in preventing overeating during your iftar.

PS. Dates contain 60% more potassium than bananas which usually helps with cramps and diarrhea.
