Red Foods can be Festive and Nutritious!


*When planning your holiday meal, festive red foods contribute more than just a pop of jolly color to your table. Red foods can help maintain a healthy heart, vision and immune system, and may reduce your cancer risk.
Create a beautiful holiday spread with these red foods to give the gift of health to your guests:
Fruits: apples, blood oranges, cherries, cranberries, pomegranate, red or pink grape fruit, red grapes and strawberries.
