Avocado Provides "Good" Fat!

Avocados are a heart-healthy option, as they are packed with folate, vitamins E, C and B6, potassium and soluble fiber. They also contain heart-healthy monounsaturated fat, which can improve blood cholesterol levels, decrease your risk of heart disease, and may help with keeping blood sugars in check.
Try adding avocado to:
Salads
Pizzas
Soups
Salsas
Eggs
Sandwiches
